Personal Injury and Seat back Collapse Cases
Thousands of people lose their lives or receive catastrophic injuries when their seat back collapses after rear end collision. Bill Askinazi (Maryland Attorney) and a team of Maryland Lawyers created a new law in Maryland by establishing that these victims do not have to wait until actual physical injury to bring a claim as long as they own a certain make and model of car that has a seat that is likely to collapse. A class action lawsuit is pending in the Maryland Circuit Court.
