WILLIAM F. ASKINAZI (J.D., Georgetown University Law Center, 1983, MBA, Maryland Attorney), has a 24-year professional career in government service, international business, Global 200 companies, private law and business practice, and state and local politics. Mr. Askinazi facilitates domestic and international deal-making and uses his business networks and relationships to raise money and attract intellectual talent to solve strategic partner challenges. He advises growing companies on risk avoidance strategies and finds them capital and partners. Mr. Askinazi has won two significant wrongful death settlements in the last five years and in February of 2007 served as team counsel for the landmark consumer protection case of Lloyd v. General Motors, et al. He also serves as a Maryland court appointed arbitrator and mediator for complex commercial and contractual matters. He was a recipient of the President’s Merit Award for 2006.
